Your Teacher in 115
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Renee Kreczmer. This is my 24th year teaching, and most of those years have been in third grade. I have been a teacher at Sauganash since 2001. I will be teaching Composition Writing, Grammar, and Social Studies to both third and fourth graders. In addition to the three subjects; I am trying to find a way to include spelling. I have two adorable doggie-babies at home, Ryder two years old) and Shi Shi Bel (five months old). My beloved Pixie, star of Pixiegold and Pixie Shop passed away in March and I desperately miss her.
My favorite holiday is Halloween, and I love anything spooky. PINK is my favorite color. My favorite hobby is shopping on Amazon, but it gets me into big trouble financially. Officially, I am a vegetarian, but at home I don't eat any animal products at all. I like to visit foreign countries, and I've been to Italy three times, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, England, Mexico, and Canada. I'm always trying to improve my Italian language skills, but never really have enough time. My classroom is cold, and I like it that way. You should bring a light jacket if you don't like cold rooms. Any other questions? Ask me!

Transitional Notebook Paper
If your child is having difficulty writing on the lined loose-leaf paper
RediSpace filler paper (helps with letter size and spacing)
Raised line filler paper (no holes punched though)
Raised line narrow-ruled (kind of pricey)
Homework is SO important as practice to become successful at any skill. I don't assign a lot of homework, so when I do assign it, I expect it to be completed neatly on loose-leaf paper (or in G.U.M.) and ready for class on time.
Students can find my homework in their Student Planners. Any Google Classroom homework will be in the Student Planner, on the Google Classroom calendar and in an e-mail reminder for the student.
Parents can receive a summary of Google assignments, announcements, and homework. See an example by linking here. Always ask your child about the summary -- they sometimes are incorrect.
